Escrow Experience: 4 years (Required)
Pay: $60,000.00 – $84,000 per year
Looking for Escrow Officers experienced in Residential and Commercial Sales, Escrow Holdings, Bulk Sales, Mobile Home, and New Development.
Commercial and Bulk Sale experience is highly desired!
We are looking to immediately hire experienced Escrow Officers, who preferably have their own client book and a desire for growth. As Escrow Officer, you will be required to:
- Manage the entire escrow closing process from opening to closing of an escrow.
- Maintain open Communication with lenders, mortgage brokers, Title, and mobile notary services to ensure a successful customer experience.
- Review Preliminary title report for possible defects and liens and be able to clear title prior to closing.
- Address inquiries from clients, sellers, buyers, agents, and Lenders in professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and review escrow documents.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure all information is correct.
- The knowledge of RBJ and QUALIA software is preferred.
- Balance file and perform closing, prepare, and distribute all disbursements, including wires.
- Must pass DFPI and EAFC background checks as per industry requirements.
